Difficult to locate due to poor signage!!! Heating off upon arrival made for an uncomfortable wait!!! Small fridges noisy at night and bright heater displays disturbed sleep!!!

The personnel was exceptional, and the owner too.

Perfect location, within easy walking distance of Warren Mill Farm Park. Excellent and fabulous food. Early check-in, nice employees.

The shower was really good, rivaling those in five-star hotels. Communication for check-in was smooth, and the walking distance to Cowbridge made exploring the town a breeze.

It was an excellent and bright hotel, good base for short stay in Cowbridge. Hopefully the room was neat and airy with a fridge as well as coffee. The location was brilliant and handy, at a medium distance from a herb garden...

Finding the cabins was a hassle due to poor signage, which led to a frustrating detour. The heating wasn't activated upon arrival, taking over an hour to become comfortable. Issues with cleanliness were apparent, with some guests noting that the shower cubicle needed a thorough scrubbing, and bedding provided for the sofa bed was unacceptable. There were complaints about insufficient towels and the lack of service assistance when needed.

The shower was filled with limescale and filthy, along with the sofa bed being incomprehensibly rock hard. It's almost like they thought a good review would just come pouring in, yet i didn't even get a complimentary drink for my troubles. One would think that a little respect would go a long way here.

The cabins are clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities including a mini fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. The check-in process via SMS for the door code was efficient. The setting is appealing, with a pleasant 10-minute walk to Cowbridge where numerous dining options are available.

Enjoyed a picturesque stay with a fantastic onsite restaurant serving delicious breakfasts. The comfortable family room came equipped with a kettle and fridge. Perfect for exploring Cowbridge. Just a short stroll away! Highly recommend trying the local farm shop too!
